What is an initial health consultation?
The Health History Consultation is a confidential hour long dialogue about your lifestyle and health. Contact me to find out more. During this conversation, we will consider topics such as relationships, occupation, sleep, physical activity, health concerns and past and present diet patterns. Through this discussion, we will clearly define your goals for improved well-being. The cost of the first session is $150. Additional pricing for an ongoing relationship discussed at first session.

The Health Consultation can be conducted in person or over the phone, so distance is not a limiting factor.
