Meredith Sobel's cooking class was not only informative and interesting but also delicious! As a fairly regular cook myself, I was anxious to learn new tricks and techniques to make weekday dinners easier and healthier. I came out of the class with a whole arsenal of techniques and ideas that I have already implemented very easily into my routine. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to feed themselves well!

Meredith, the instructor, was very knowledgeable and informative. She not only taught you how to cook the dishes, but explained what the dishes were, why they were healthy and how traditional (commercial) ingredients (i.e. using various types of oil and sugars) affect your diet. The class was nice, intimate and very hands-on. I recommend the class to those interested in cooking and eating well.

Before working with Meredith my house was full of junk food and we drank soda at every meal. I was really unaware of how harmful our eating habits were, and I was uneducated about the dangers of many food products that were main staples of our diet. She has introduced a whole line of health food products and vitamins that I was completely unaware of and now stock my pantry. Meredith makes the whole process really simple and fun. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to get inspired about healthy eating.

My refrigerator looks absolutely different than it used to. Before working with Meredith, there was at most a tomato and avocado and now there are so many vegetables, fruits and weird stuff such as miso that I never would have purchased before and now I really want to cook and eat. The cooking class was informational and delicious, an interesting and original night out. Since encountering Sobel Wellness, I have been shopping at farmers' markets more and enjoying my seasonal finds. Since attending the class, I bought Quinoa, a product I had never heard of before and have overall been eating healthier. This class is a great jump start to healthy living and a good reminder of how easy and rewarding it can be with just a little time, thought and effort to cook and eat healthier.
