When I began my sessions with Sobel Wellness, I had no idea how badly I felt. After just a few sessions, I already started "feeling" better. The low-energy and erratic moods that I had just come to accept as "the way I am" were in fact not that at all, but the way my body was dealing with my diet. The cooking class was informational and delicious, an interesting and original night out. Since encountering Sobel Wellness, I have been shopping at farmers' markets more and enjoying my seasonal finds.  Since attending the class, I bought Quinoa, a product I had never heard of before and have overall been eating healthier.
